i want to transfer my pokemon orange/naranja to my cell phone/psp/game boy advance...is it possible?

i have downloaded the pokemon naranja/orange islands game with a visual boy advance emulator.........and i want to transfer it from my pc to either my

PSP = find the visual boy for psp and put it on.
Gameboy = you need to buy a supercard or something (can hold lots of games, on a memory stick through your computer) and put it on, without the emulator.
Phone = gameboy emulator for phone if there is one.
